Homemade Berry Blast Chia Seed Jam
- 3 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.)
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Prepare the berries by chopping them into small pieces.
- In a small pot, combine berries and maple syrup and bring to a boil. Stir frequently
- Mash the berries mixture until smooth.
- Turn the burner to medium-heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add chia seeds and vanilla.
- Stir until desired thickness.
- Transfer your jam to a glass jar with a lid for safe keeping. Store in your refrigerator
