The Ultimate Sleep Smoothie

  • ½ cup dairy-free yogurt (I like coconut milk yogurt)
  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 to 2 cups of coconut or almond milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
