Honey Mustard Dressing
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard (with apple cider vinegar base)
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp pureed soaked cashews
  • ½ tsp horseradish
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon (optional)
  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Store dressing in a sealed glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator.
  3. Be sure to use within 7 days.
  4. Enjoy!
