Breakfast Greens
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup rocket greens
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro etc.)
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the diced avocado, rocket and juice of half a lemon. Place on top of the Sweet Potato Pancakes and drizzle with yogurt and herbs.
