Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 red delicious apples, cored (don’t peel)
  • ½ - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 frozen banana (I am not a big banana fan, so I leave it out)
  • ¼ cup whole pecan (with my sensitivity to pecans, I use raw almonds instead)
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Put in blender and blend. Start by adding the liquid to your blender (I use a blendtec), followed by the soft fruit.
  2. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
