Glowing Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3 small frozen bananas (I prefer avocado, so I put ½ peeled and pitted)
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 2 – 3 cups fresh baby spinach (you can use kale)
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 8 ounces of almond milk (coconut milk, or kefir will do)
Instructions
  1. Put in blender and blend. Start by adding the liquid to your blender (I use a blendtec), followed by the soft fruit.
  2. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
