Souper Simple Avo-Brodo
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 2 medium avocados
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp Brain Octane oil (or other MCT oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Heat bone broth to at least room temperature to return to a liquid state, or further for a hot soup.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water for a thinner texture if desired.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
Use extreme caution when blending hot liquids!
