Homemade Chocolate Bars
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup of virgin coconut oil
  • 4-6 tbsp of raw honey
  • Optional: goji berries, raw cacao nibs, dates, sun-dried fruits, raw nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, whatever fancy and healthy you desire
  1. Combine coconut oil with the honey.
  2. Stir, then add the cacao powder.
  3. Stir until it gets thick.
  4. Add any extra ingredients (goji berries, cacao nibs etc) you may have, then stir well again.
  5. Pour into any flat container or chocolate molds.
  6. Freeze until solid.
  7. Store in the freezer.
  8. If you want to make chocolate sauce, you can melt it.
  9. You can break it into small pieces to use it as chocolate chips or chunks.
  10. Enjoy!
