Anti-Anxiety Smoothie Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Organifi (ashwagandha, lowers stress!)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup kefir
Instructions
  1. Throw ingredients together in a blender and blend to perfection.
