Black Bean Brownies
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup water
  • Optional: add your favorite raw nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a blender, combine and blend all ingredients together.
  3. Use coconut oil to grease an 8x8 pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cut to share (or don’t and save the whole pan for yourself… shhhh I won’t tell on ya!).
