Energy Date Chocolate Bar
- ½ cup of raw cacao powder
- ⅛ cup slivered raw almonds
- ⅛ cup pecans, chopped into small pieces
- ⅛ cup of chopped dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 drop of vanilla or almond extract
- ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
- Optional: coconut flakes, cacao nibs, more cinnamon
- Add the cacao powder and the cinnamon to the coconut oil and mix well.
- Spread mixture into a cookie baking sheet covered with wax paper.
- Sprinkle the almonds, dates, pecans, cacao nibs and coconut flakes over the mixture.
- Put it in the fridge until it hardens. Serve chilled. Keep it in the fridge as coconut oil melts in warm room temperature.
