#6 Turmeric Smoothie
 
 
Throw a little into any of your favorite smoothies or try the recipe below!
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple or mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder/fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp hemp seed hearts
  • 1 tsp maca root
  • dash of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to perfection. Enjoy!
