Honey Ginger Lemonade Recipe
 
 
This makes a batch large enough for several servings. Store in the refrigerator and sip throughout the day for the duration of your illness or longer. This drink can help boost anyone’s immune system and can be used when you’re healthy as well!
Ingredients
  • 10 sprigs fresh mint
  • 5 cups ice cubes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ¼-½ cup peeled fresh ginger slices
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except ice and stir until well combined. Use your stirring utensil to press the ginger and mint to release flavor. Add ice and stir. Store in refrigerator.
