  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca root powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend to perfection. Drink immediately.
