Lemon & Spice Fat Burning Drink
 
 
Ingredients
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Juice and rind from 1 lemon
  • Pinch of paprika
Instructions
  1. Grate the lemon rind and throw into boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Drink before and after each meal.
  4. Make in bulk and store in refrigerator if desired.
