Pumpkin Dippers
- 2 large carrots
- Toothpicks
- Curly-leaf parsley
- Scallions
- Hummus
- Cut the carrots into coin shapes and spear into the middle with a toothpick.
- Add a parsley leaf to the top of the carrot through the toothpick.
- Cut a small piece of scallion, thread it into the toothpick for the pumpkin stem.
- Spread hummus on a platter to create a field and place your pumpkins on top.
