Pumpkin Dippers
  • 2 large carrots
  • Toothpicks
  • Curly-leaf parsley
  • Scallions
  • Hummus
  1. Cut the carrots into coin shapes and spear into the middle with a toothpick.
  2. Add a parsley leaf to the top of the carrot through the toothpick.
  3. Cut a small piece of scallion, thread it into the toothpick for the pumpkin stem.
  4. Spread hummus on a platter to create a field and place your pumpkins on top.
