Vegetable Skeleton
  • Celery sticks
  • Baby carrots
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Cucumbers (cut into rounds)
  • Pea pods
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pimiento olives
  • Red bell pepper
  • Veggie dip
  1. Scoop veggie dip into a small bowl and place at the top of a long platter.
  2. This is the kid-fun part - begin building the skeleton by arranging the vegetables:
  3. A celery stick for the neck and legs
  4. Baby carrots for the arms
  5. Mushrooms for the hands and hips
  6. Cucumbers for the spine
  7. Red pepper slices as the ribs and mouth (only a small piece)
  8. Pea pods for the feet
  9. Lettuce leaves for the hair
  10. Olives for the eyes
