Turmeric Milk Bedtime Tonic
  • 1 cup pastured organic milk or nut milk
  • 1-2 tsps turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  1. Heat milk in pan until it is just steaming.
  2. Add turmeric, stir and pour in mug.
  3. Add honey if desired and top with a dash of cinnamon.
