  • 1 cup hemp or coconut milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin or squash chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, soaked overnight in ¼ cup water
