Paleo Guacamole
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • ½ white onion diced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Scoop out flesh of avocados. Mash with fork.
  2. Add all ingredients. Stir together.
  3. Enjoy!
