Nightly Turmeric Tea
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric
  • 3 cups hot water
  • Lemon or local, organic honey to taste
  • Ginger to taste, optional
Instructions
  1. Pour hot water over turmeric and drink as a nightly tea to soothe digestion.
  2. Add additional ingredients to taste.
