Nightly Turmeric Tea
- 1 tsp organic turmeric
- 3 cups hot water
- Lemon or local, organic honey to taste
- Ginger to taste, optional
- Pour hot water over turmeric and drink as a nightly tea to soothe digestion.
- Add additional ingredients to taste.
