Raw Garlic-Infused Honey
  • ½ pint of 100% raw honey
  • 10 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 5 sprigs of fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  1. Put the minced garlic in the bottom of a standard sized mason jar (½ a pint).
  2. Fill the remaining space in the mason jar with honey, then stir in the thyme leaves.
  3. Place the jar in a window seal, preferably facing south.
  4. After one month the garlic will have infused completely into the honey and will be ready to use. It will stay food for several months in the refrigerator.
