Mashed Cauliflower And Kohlrabi

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 kohlrabi, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (organic)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup chives minced
Instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower and kohlrabi until fork tender (8-10 minutes).
  2. Smash the veggies with potato masher.
  3. Add yogurt, horseradish, salt, pepper and ¼ cup of chives.
  4. Garnish with chives and enjoy!
