Vegan Cacao Cashew Chia Pudding
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (carrageenan-free)
  • 3 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup unsalted cashews
  • ¼ cup additional sliced or chopped cashews (as decoration)
  • 1 tablespoon alcohol free vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder or ¼ cup raw cacao nibs
  • Optional: small amount of natural sweetener, like pure maple syrup or raw honey to taste
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into small bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Top with chopped nuts and cacao nibs and enjoy!
