Fuyu Persimmon Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • 2 fuyu persimmon
  • 3T of walnut butter
  • Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Distilled water (add to desired thickness)
  1. Wash and chop persimmon to a manageable blending size.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to start, and blend.
  3. Add walnut butter, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. (I am quite generous with the pumpkin pie spice!)
This is a sweet, cozy, comforting and autumnal feeling smoothie.
