Baked Red And Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  • 1 large red potato
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil or ghee
Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into thin strips, rinse and toss with coconut oil or ghee, sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Place evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15-25 minutes at 425 degrees, or until cooked to your liking.
