  • Base Ingredients:
  • Mixed greens with arugula, spinach, lettuce, radicchio
  • Sprouts
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Zucchini (spiralized)
  • Shredded carrot
  • Toppers:
  • Raisins
  • Sesame seeds
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 medjool dates
  • Lime juice - 1 fresh lime squeezed
  • ¼ piece of jalapeno pepper (not seeded)
  • ¼ piece of organic cucumber
  • Fresh ginger - about 2” in length
  • 1-2 tbsp water - to the consistency you desire
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until thick. Pour over greens and enjoy!
