Ingredients
  • 1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 medium sweet potato (cooked and peeled)
  • 1-1 ½ cups gluten-free bread crumbs
  • ½ tbsp pink Himalayan sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs to a food processor. Add mixture to a bowl, then mix in bread crumbs till fully covered. Shape mixture into burger sizes and place on grill.
