Recipe type: Juice
Serves: 32 ounces without ice
  • 4 large cucumber (unpeeled if organic)
  • 2-4 lemons, depending on the tartness level you like (optional to include peel if organic)
  1. Wash the cucumber and lemons.
  2. Prep into slices that will fit through your juicer.
  3. Process through juicer or if you do not have a juicer, process in a high-powered blender and strain through a nut milk bag.
