Recipe type: Juice
Serves: 32 ounces without ice
  • ⅓-½ watermelon (including rind if organic)
  • 2 lemons (optional to include peel if organic)
  • jalapeno slices (float the slice, don’t juice it!) OR dash of cayenne
  1. Wash the watermelon and lemons. If organic, the rind and skin can be juiced. If non-organic cut just the outer layer off.
  2. Process through juicer or if you do not have a juicer, process in a high-powered blender and strain through a nut milk bag.
