  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen (bonus if it’s local for added benefits)
  • 2 cups almond or hemp milk (carrageenan free)
  • ½ cup frozen acai berries
  • Raw honey to taste
Instructions
  1. Pour all of the ingredients into the blender. Mix well.
