  • – 1 banana
  • – 1 orange
  • – ¼ of a tablespoon of ground ginger
  • – 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • – Half a cup of fat free yogurt
  • – 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • – 2 tablespoons of whey protein
Instructions
  1. Put all of the abovementioned ingredients in a blender and mix shortly. You will get healthy and tasty beverage.
  2. Consume this healthy beverage in the morning on an empty stomach. Remember to drink a glass of lukewarm water afterwards. Cheers!
