Protein on the Go
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk (avoid carrageenan)
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of favorite protein powder
  • 1 scoop of maca powder
  • 1 scoop of matcha powder
  1. Throw ingredients in a blender and enjoy! You can also blend this up in advance to enjoy the next day.
