  • 2 cups raw spinach (490 mg)
  • 1 orange (52 mg)
  • 1 banana (6 mg)
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds (351 mg)
  • ¼ cup cashew nut (15 mg)
  • 1 Tbsp Blackstrap molasses (157 mg)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (52 mg)
  • ¼ tsp clove (3 mg)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
