Sweet Cauliflower Mash
  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup of coconut sugar or pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Chop your cauliflower into florets and steam them until they are very tender. 20 -25 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and mix until you have the consistency of the mash that you like.
  3. Squeeze the lemon, zest the skin and add salt and pepper to taste. Add extra sweetener if needed.
  4. Enjoy!
Surprise ingredient: Add a drizzle of unsweetened dark chocolate to your cauliflower. It adds a sweet and subtle flavor!

*Option to omit sweeteners for a more savory dish.
