A Great Smoothie to Try
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 green apple (cored, peeled and sliced)
  • ½ a cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 fresh beet (peeled and cut into cubes)
  • 1 lemon (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1 inch of sliced ginger
  • 1-2 cups of filtered water
  • A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
