Colorful Cabbage Slaw
  • ½ small sized cabbage, finely sliced
  • ½ small sized red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Mixed ingredients in a large bowl, place in the fridge to cool for an hour, then serve.
