Citrus Fire
 
 
This will help restore immunity and gut health and is one of my favorites in the winter because the heat that the ginger brings.
Ingredients
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 blood oranges (regular oranges will do if you don’t have blood oranges)
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 1 beet
Instructions
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Mix them all in the juicer.
  3. Enjoy your juice!
