6 Ingredient (Healthier) Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup PURE grade A or B maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Mix the below ingredients together in a big bowl.
  2. Add the mix to a casserole dish or baking pan and freeze until solid.
  3. Take it out once hardened and cut it up into squares - but still keep this cold so the coconut oil doesn't melt! (I'd even just keep it in a Tupperware container in the freezer and take out pieces as needed - they will thaw rather quickly.)
