Ingredients
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp raw, local honey
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup spring water
Instructions
  1. Combine all in a glass jar with lid and shake well.
  2. Be warned: This is very spicy! Add some 100% apple juice for sweetness or follow with a chaser of water.
