Pomegranate Vinaigrette
  • 2 Tbs. pure pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tbs. raw organic apple cider vinegar
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or alternative natural sweetener, like raw honey)
  1. Blend together until smooth. Pairs nicely with a house salad loaded with vegetables and topped with pomegranate seeds, or coconut bacon.
