Ingredients
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • 5 or 6 kale leaves
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves
  • 1” fresh ginger root
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
