Ingredients
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 4 celery stalks with leaves
  • 1 english cucumber (peeled if not organic)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled if not organic)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 small bunch of curly parsley
  • 1 piece of ginger, about 2” in length
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper on top before you drink
Instructions
  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables and fruit before juicing.
  2. Alternate ingredients as you place them through your juicing machine.
  3. Drink right away, repeating daily for at least 7 days.
