Mango Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups mixed frozen peaches, pineapple, and mango
  • juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (carton, not canned)
  • ¼ to ½ cup water (depending on your preferred consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 5 drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon pure honey (if preferred, for sweetness)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until completely incorporated.
  2. Enjoy!
