Anti-Inflammatory Orange Avocado

Ingredients
  • 3 cups coconut water
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder or fresh
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Fresh orange juice (enough to blend)
Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Make sure everything is properly washed/cleaned.
  3. Put every ingredient in the blender.
  4. Add ice, mix well and enjoy!
