Instructions
  1. Take Flax Seed Flour with Goat Kefir for breakfast. For the FIRST WEEK : Mix 1 tbsp. flax seed flour to 3.5 Goat Kefir, and in the SUCCEEDING WEEKS: Increase 1 tbsp. flax seed flour every week to 3.5 Goat Kefir
  2. Drink 2 glasses of 12 ounces of Aloe water
