Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup 100% maple syrup
  • 1 cup Superfood Cacao
  • 1 jar natural peanut butter
  1. Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and superfood cacao together on low heat. Don’t heat it up too much, just enough to combine and be able to pour.
  2. Pour a thin layer of the mixture into cupcake liners. This is the bottom layer of the peanut butter cup.
  3. Place the cupcake pan in the freezer for ten minutes to let the bottom layer harden.
  4. Spread peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer (no melting required).
  5. Top it off with another layer of the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Put in the freezer until frozen.
  7. Enjoy!
