Gluten-Free Quinoa Protein Cookies
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup quinoa flour
  • 2 scoops Organifi Complete Protein
  • 2 eggs (vegan option: 1 tbsp flax seeds w/2 tbsp water)
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • Pinch of himalayan sea salt
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Cinnamon
  • Raisens
  • Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. If mixture is too thick, add a little water until you reach desired consistency.
  3. Roll them into balls.
  4. Plop onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
