Take honey and garlic for example. Aside from both having massive health benefits, they couldn’t taste, look and smell ANY different.

However, when you marry the two together, you create quite the dynamic duo!

Something needed to fill the shoes of Brangelina… so… allow me to introduce you to the hottest power couple in the health world…

Hon-ic? H-arlic? Gar-ney? Goney?

What’s in a name anyway… just EAT IT!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Place the garlic cloves in the glass jar.

2. Pour in the raw honey until all of the garlic is submerged.

      • The garlic may float a bit – that’s okay! 

3. Cover the jar loosely with the lid (so that the gasses can escape as it ferments).

      • Place in a dark place in your pantry in a bowl (to catch spillage). 

4. Every 3 days turn the jar upside down – tighten the lid before you do so.

      • When you return it right side up loosen the lid again.
      • This ensures ALL of the garlic is coated in honey. 

5. Allow to ferment for up to a month, but you can use it at anytime!

Storage: You can store this honey garlic in a cool place for up to 3 months.
