Easy, Effective Guide To Creating Your Life Vision

It is never too late to change your life. It is never too late to get started. You can never be too old, too sick, too tired, or too anything. You can do it. Now is always a good time. Now is always the right time.
But where do you start?
Good question. Right here. You can only start where you are at currently. You can’t begin a marathon at the finish line or at mile 10. You don’t even start at the start line; you begin with your first run on your first day of training.
Life is the same. Any health transformation is the same. You can only start from where you are at.
When getting ready to make a change in your life or to transform yourself, it is the best to evaluate where you are at right now. Take an honest look at yourself and all areas of your life.
I know it’s scary, but it is necessary. An honest look can help you to evaluate what areas you would like to change. This will help you to set goals and create action steps one at a time, creating lasting changes and an unbelievable transformation in the long run.
Follow these steps to evaluate your current reality:
Step 1: Please rate the following areas of your life on a scale from 1–10 (1 being the lowest/worst, 10 being the highest/best).
Love & Intimacy:
Relationships in general:
Your current job:
Sleep and relaxation:
Hobbies and activities:
Connectedness to yourself & intuition:
Connectedness to your body:
Connectedness to your mind and soul:
Connectedness to your community:
Connectedness to nature:
Connectedness to your significant other:
Connectedness to your family:
Connectedness to your friends:
Your dreams and goals:
Now look at the ratings and tell me how you feel about them. Are you surprised? How do you want them to be different?
Step 2: Now answer the following questions, exploring your present reality, as well as your dreams and goals.
When do you feel the most connected to yourself? When do you feel the least connected to yourself? How about to others? How about nature and the universe?
Think about the last time when you felt full of energy, happy and healthy? When was that? Describe that time? What happened since?
What are your personal reasons for wanting to change your life?
What do you want to accomplish during the month, 3 months, 6 months, year?
What expectations do you have for yourself?
What kind of support do you need? Whom and how could you ask for this support?
When answering these questions, you can get creative. Feel free to make charts, to draw, to use bullet points, or whatever else helps you in the process.
Now that you have your answers, just sit on it for a bit (a few hours, overnight, or a few days). Journal, think, feel, meditate, contemplate and reflect. After some reflection, you will have a clearer vision of where you want to be, you will be ready to set your goals, create your actions steps and make the life you want to be your reality.
You can do it. Remember, NOW is always the right time.
